Course Overview:

Quality Management system helps organization to improve its overall performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard presents organization strategic leadership with strategic model for effective implementation of quality management system for optimal performance while adopting process approach and risk-based thinking strategies with benefits of:

• Ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;

• Facilitating opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction;

The Dominite ProCert ISO 9001:2015 awareness will enable participants to be familiar with the basic principles and concepts of establishment, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System (QMS) as specified in ISO 9001:2015. The participant will learn the interpretation of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for effective implementation in organizations.

Educational Approach

This is a tutor led classroom course with Q&A at the end of each Module. There will also be discussion, exercises and case studies in the classroom for participants involvement. Participants are encouraged to take note during sessions.

Examination

There will be 1-Hr online examination at the end of the course. The objective of the examination is to determine if the participants understood the learning objectives of the GDP 001 Foundation Course.

Online Final Exam – 60 minutes (The student will be directed to proctor site for examination).

Issuing of Certificate of Completion

   Certificate of Successful completion will be issued to participants on the following conditions:

• Participants registered and completed the 2 Days course sessions with 100% attendance as scheduled.

• Participate in all the course discussions, exercises and tests.

• Score 75% and above in the cumulative grade of all quizzes and tests.

• No Certificate of Attendance will be issued to any participant.

• Exam & Certificate Fee is included in the course fee.
